Prepare to scream your lungs out

The concept of haunted houses has been well-used for so many years but The Conjuring House will prove that it will still give you the fright of your life. This game will take you to a whole new level of creepiness and fear that will surely make you feel haunted even after playing it.

A bone-chilling investigation

The game starts with you taking the role of a curious journalist who is out to investigate the Atkinson Mansion and the questionable death of its owner. You will realize that you can no longer go back out once you step inside the house. In short, you are trapped and something is preventing you from escaping. The house is shrouded in mystery and as you venture further through its creepy hallways and enter different rooms, you will see hints of demonic practices and paranormal activity all over the place. There are pentagrams on the floor, strange markings on the wall, and overturned furniture like someone threw a wild tantrum. However, those things barely scratch the surface of this game’s level of fright. The main culprit of the hauntings is the vengeful ghost of a woman who seems so intent to drag you with her to the afterlife. Now, the woman is no ordinary ghost. She looks just as frightening as your worst nightmares and perfectly belongs to the overall horrific vibe of the game.

Surviving the horrors

Your main objective in this game is to escape the ghost woman’s clutches and survive by destroying possessed artifacts. This brings us to the challenging part of the game. You cannot just keep on running and hiding because she will eventually catch up to you, not to mention the other spirits and monsters in the house. You read that right! There are other paranormal elements lurking in the dark corridors so you have to be quick. There are riddles that you need to solve, items to collect, and notes to read that will give you hints on what you are supposed to do next. Those notes or hints are scattered everywhere and it does not help that the house is maze-like. It will take you some time before you are able to memorize the interior, that is if you even do at all. There are also huge chances for you to miss the notes and not see them immediately out of panic. As I said, the woman’s ghost is not the only entity who will chase you around. Be prepared to see witches wearing masks from the late hundreds, and ghosts of children who like to play a not-so-innocent game of hide-and-seek with you.

A haunting experience

The Conjuring House will scare you to death but the thrill is absolutely worth it. The graphics are smooth and realistic, not to mention its amazing visuals that are truly convincing. Its sound effects are equally terrifying like the sound of creaking doors, children’s laughter, and hurried footsteps. This horror game will definitely make you scream at the top of your lungs.
